Responsibilities
Work closely with other department managers to ensure daily, weekly & monthly goals are met with regards to production, safety, etc.
Lead 5-8 Electrical Technicians and assign tasks/projects as needed.
Assist with hiring, performance reviews, training, scheduling, etc. for all technicians at the facility.
Be a valuable Electrical resource to all technicians both in the work shop or on job site.
Requirements
Electrical Degree/schooling is preferred.
0-1+ years of Leadership/Management experience is a MUST - hiring, training, scheduling, etc. Previous experience managing teams of 5+ technicians would be beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to work collaboratively with other company departments.
OSHA Certification would be a plus.
Previous experience being responsible for a facility P&L would be beneficial.
Must be open to a small amount of travel whether to job site to support or for meetings or conventions.
